Here's what I look for:

I look mainly for jobs using Microsoft stack technologies.
I'm an Microsoft stack expert with over 20+ years of experience.
I'm an Microsoft Azure Specialist in Migration, Architecture and Development since 2010. Im also an Azure instructor.
I prefer positions that are hands-on as I code daily.
Rate requirements are dependent multiple factors including role, responsibility, remote allowed, location.
Positions must be local to Scottsdale, Arizona unless Telecommute.
Travel up to 40% is fine.
